  • Empty waste baskets, dust all furniture including tables and chairs.

  • Dust all other flat surfaces (bookcases, picture frames, shelves, cabinets, etc.)

  • Clean and sanitize drinking fountains or other break areas.

  • Clean all reception areas including glass or other partitions.

  • Clean floor areas in the office space (vacuum, mopping).

  • Clean and sanitize all restrooms.

Home Cleaning Services

Weekly, Bi- Weekly, or Monthly Home Cleanings: All home cleanings are preceded with an initial cleaning, which is a thorough cleaning that we use to bring your home up to our standard of clean.  This is a longer visit and is more costly than regular service.  When clients arrive home, they are overwhelmed with joy! Think: kid in a candy store reaction.

 

Following the initial visit, we are pleased to offer weekly, biweekly, monthly or occasional visits to our clients.  You select the frequency and preferred schedule and we arrange your hands-off cleaning service.  Costs do go down after the first visit; the more frequent the service, the less time that is typically required to clean per visit.  Further, we offer our regular clients a rate decrease for more frequent visits. Our friendly office staff will be glad to review this process with you in further detail. We want to know what makes you tick, what makes you smile and what you want from your cleaning service.  No detail is too small, no request is too particular.

 

Market Ready Residential Cleaning: We are a real estate agent’s best friend when it comes to cleaning.  We’ve all seen enough TV shows to know that staging a home for sale is a surefire way to secure a higher offer. Cleaning is an integral part of the staging process. Move Out Home Cleanings:   If you’re moving out, you will fool the people moving in to believing you were a total neat freak.  If you are moving in, you will be confident enough to literally eat off the floors.  We want to be the easiest, most enjoyable part of your moving experience!   The last thing you want is to move into a new home and find a mysterious hair, a splatter of tomato sauce, or soap scum.  Our job is to go in, roll up our sleeves, and clean the space, from top to bottom, left to right, leaving no space unturned.
